At Calde & Cross, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Free from stains, odors, or damage
• With all original tags and packaging intact
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@calderandcross.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to send your return. Calde & Cross is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@calderandcross.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@calderandcross.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
