Your total estimated delivery timeframe consists of order processing time and shipping transit time:

2. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for initial package updates to appear on the carrier's portal.

3. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. If you detect an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@calderandcross.com. Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch.

4. Delayed or Damaged Shipments
