Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via major US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to US territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) may be available; please contact us at info@calderandcross.com for details.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Calde & Cross is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us at info@calderandcross.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Calde & Cross is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@calderandcross.com — we will try to make changes before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
